Insomnia is not a good thing.
One who experience this, knows the feeling.
Bad, you'll be under psychologist follow up.
Worst, you'll be having depression.
And even worst, you have to take those antidepressant.
You have plenty of choices. You choose.
I felt those times.
And the only good thing I realize was...
I wont be any better than this, If I hadnt experienced that.
Im better now. :P
